Meet the Team
Gregg Spadaro, LLA, ASLA | Principal
Prior to his professional career, Gregg A. Spadaro, L.L.A., A.S.L.A. (NJ License #21AS00095100) was always drawn towards the arts, sciences, technology and the environment. This interest in multiple disciplines led him to the field of Landscape Architecture. Gregg’s passion for the profession and creative juices grew at the University of Massachusetts where he received a bachelor of science degree in Landscape Architecture.
Brian Bieszard | Staff Landscape Architect
Brian Bieszard, B.L.A., Staff Landscape Architect, is an avid environmentalist who has always had a strong connection to the arts and mathematics. Brian’s excitement for the field of Landscape Architecture sprung from hours of maintenance on his family’s property, and evolved into pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture at The University of Rhode Island.
Lynard Blanco | Administrative Assistant / Marketing Manager
Originally from the Philippines, Lynard Blanco brings over seven years of virtual administrative expertise to his role at Land Identity, where he joined the team in 2023. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Colegio de San Juan de Letran, Lynard is adept at providing excellent customer service and ensuring operational excellence. His keen organizational skills are crucial in managing office procedures and maintaining efficiency in our dynamic work environment.
Jillian Dorsey, M.L.A. | Staff Landscape Architect
Jillian Dorsey, M.L.A., Staff Landscape Architect attended Rutgers University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health in 2014, and subsequently a Master of Landscape Architecture in 2019. During graduate school, Jillian served as an Eagleton Fellow with the Eagleton Institute of Politics where she had the privilege of serving as an intern in New Jersey Governor Philip Murphy’s office. While interning, she tracked and researched the efficacy of policies and laws created throughout the Governor’s time in office. Jillian also studied abroad in Germany where she expanded her understanding of how landscape architecture impacts different cultures.
