Project included due diligence, site layout, custom pool design, configuration of marble paver patio, material selection/specifications, steps, retaining wall, outdoor kitchen with bar, stormwater management design with seepage pits, landscape, and lighting design. Special attention given to working within tight sight constraints for both impervious coverage and setbacks. Collaboration with project architect for outdoor pavilion space and associated fireplace area to help blur the lines from the indoor space to the outdoor space. Huge transformation of underutilized rear yard due to topography and existing retaining wall. Overall construction management.
