Project included due diligence, site layout, configuration of new porcelain paver patio, material and furniture selection/specifications, custom outdoor kitchen and TV wall detailing, specifications and coordination for custom pergola, fire pit, stormwater management design, landscape, and lighting design. Overall construction management including mason, pergola company, and trades for electric and gas. Special attention given to creating a private space with modern styling while still preserving views of adjacent golf course.
