Meet the Team
Gregg Spadaro, LLA, ASLA | Principal
Prior to his professional career, Gregg A. Spadaro, L.L.A., A.S.L.A. (NJ License #21AS00095100) was always drawn towards the arts, sciences, technology and the environment. This interest in multiple disciplines led him to the field of Landscape Architecture. Gregg’s passion for the profession and creative juices grew at the University of Massachusetts where he received a bachelor of science degree in Landscape Architecture.
Brian Bieszard | Staff Landscape Architect
Brian Bieszard, B.L.A., Staff Landscape Architect, is an avid environmentalist who has always had a strong connection to the arts and mathematics. Brian’s excitement for the field of Landscape Architecture sprung from hours of maintenance on his family’s property, and evolved into pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture at The University of Rhode Island.
Chelsea Burnham | Office Manager
A lifelong resident of Westfield, Chelsea Burnham has over six years of administrative experience in office management, which she utilizes to help deliver outstanding customer service. Chelsea previously studied English at Kean University before joining the Land Identity team in 2017. Her organizational skills allow her to oversee office procedures and ensure that everything runs smoothly in a busy work environment.
Austyn Marini | Staff Landscape Architect
Austyn grew up in Northern New Jersey loving the outdoors. His passions include fishing, hiking, participating in sports, and travel. Growing up, Austyn and his brother developed their own landscaping company which provided a great platform for designing and implementing landscapes for his clients to enjoy. One of Austyn’s initial projects was the development and design of a pond and waterfall in his own backyard.
