Project included due diligence, site layout, configuration of new bluestone patio, material and furniture selection/specifications, steps, walls, pergola, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, railings, landscape, and lighting design. Included terracing the yard in order to preserve view from the house towards the rear yard. Obtained approval from the local Historic Architectural Review Board.
