Project included due diligence, pool & site layout, configuration of blue marble patio, steps, walls, arbor, fencing. Landscape and lighting design for front foundation of house, rear yard along new fence line, and entry driveway associated with new masonry pillars. Side yard design for vegetable garden with pondless water feature. Re-grading of rear yard to improve both aesthetics and drainage. Obtain local town variances attributed to being on a corner lot.
